About me

“For me, art is lived life in color and form – an open dialogue between my experiences and your own perspective. The freedom of abstract painting.”

Background

Art has always been a part of my life – I grew up in a family of artists, surrounded by creativity and stories. Even though my path initially took me in a different direction – studying economics and business, building startups, and diving into entrepreneurship – the connection to art was always there.

These experiences from the business world now flow into my series Entrepreneurial Spirit, where I combine entrepreneurial thinking with artistic freedom.

As a child, I traveled across Europe with my family in our VW LT bus. Those impressions, places, and encounters still shape me today and inspire my series Long Journey.

I love listening to stories – and just as much, sharing my own experiences through my art. Each painting carries a story within it: you can interpret it freely, or let my words and explanations guide you through the lived experiences behind it.

Themes That Move Me.

There are subjects that deeply move me – experiences that have left a lasting impact. I translate these into series like Entrepreneurial Spirit and Long Journey, each telling a piece of my own story. And because life never stands still, new impressions, travels, and encounters will continue to find their way into future works.

My interests are diverse, and so there will always be new series dedicated to different themes. Depending on the subject and the feeling behind it, I choose a painting style that expresses what I have experienced and what moves me.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

In the “Entrepreneurial Spirit” series I look at my experiences as a startup founder. Over 10 years, I helped build startups and gained a lot of experience as a managing director and was faced with many challenges.

LONG JOURNEY

Hamburg always draws me back, but I'm just as often drawn away! I process my impressions and experiences of places I have traveled to or lived in in the “Long Journey” series. Always with you culture & cuisine, landscape, as well as people & animals.
