With Atelier 21, I have created my artistic home—a studio for my creations, an exhibition space, and a place for connection. A living room for everyone who works or thinks creatively.

Art can have a truly special impact on people. It can move, evoke emotions, awaken, or spark discussions. This works best when you stand directly in front of it, letting the colors, shapes, and stories sink in.
When I started my journey as an independent artist, it quickly became clear to me that I wanted to create not just a space for painting but also a place to experience art and exchange ideas about it.
And that’s how I came to establish Atelier 21.
Art Oasis in Hamburg-Winterhude
What was a flower shop for 50 years has now become my creative living room. I love being a host and organizer of art events, dinner gatherings, and vibrant get-togethers under the motto Good Vibes Only.
The location of Atelier 21 couldn’t be better! Right in the heart of Hamburg-Winterhude on Poelchaukamp, it’s practically impossible to miss us, with the Alster just around the corner.
Surrounded by restaurants and cafés, there’s always something to discover - not just inside the gallery but also outside, where the colorful flow of guests creates a lively atmosphere.
The Secret
..and then there’s this little hidden gem in the backyard...
Tucked away behind ivy-covered walls, you’ll suddenly find an old air-raid shelter that I’ve transformed into an art bunker. A special place with history, waiting to be discovered.
During our events, the bunker becomes part of the exhibition, offering space for an inspiring journey of discovery.
