From the series: Entrepreneurial Spirit.

In my artwork "Entrepreneurial Spirit," I explore the diverse characters and personalities within founding teams. Reflecting my own experiences as an entrepreneur, the piece highlights the heterogeneous composition of such teams and the unique roles that drive a startup’s success.

At the heart of the artwork are the different key figures commonly found in a founding team. The CFO and CTO represent the rational and analytical mindset. They are the ones who make strategic decisions based on data and facts, ensuring the company’s financial stability and technological progress.

In contrast, the CMO embodies the team’s creative side. As a marketing expert, they bring innovative ideas and creative strategies to build the brand and effectively engage the target audience.

The CEO plays a pivotal role, acting as the unifying force that brings together diverse characters and areas of expertise. Serving as the link between teams and leadership, the CEO is responsible for defining and driving the company’s vision. At the same time, they must balance different personalities and perspectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and alignment to ensure seamless teamwork.
