As the business grows, tasks must be distributed across a larger team, and the selection of the right people becomes decisive in how quickly milestones can be reached.

From my experience, the complexity of challenges on the way to achieving goals resembles a busy highway—full of obstacles that must be carefully navigated to avoid crashing into the guardrails. That’s why stability and structure are essential to maintain focus on core priorities.
